After a customer builds and deploys their Popstar, your dive team hands them a printed claim card. They scan it on their phone and the Popstar is theirs forever.

Your team places each Popstar on the reef as part of the dive trip. We supply the structures, the training materials, and the operating guides. You run the dive.

The full path from application to your first booking is usually a week or less.
Step 01
Apply
Fill in a short form — who you are, where the resort is, what restoration work you've done before. Five minutes, no payment, no contract.
Step 02
We review
Our team reads every application by hand. We may ask a couple of follow-up questions over email — typically a 2–3 working-day turnaround.
Step 03
Get onboarded
On approval, you get a magic-link invite to your resort dashboard. Mint claim codes, see incoming bookings, mark Popstars deployed. Your resort goes live the same day.

Things resorts ask
before applying.
What kind of resort can apply?
Any dive resort or operator running diving activities at a reef that needs restoration support. We don't require existing restoration experience — but it helps if you've thought about why your reef matters and what success would look like.
Does it cost anything to join?
Nothing in the MVP. We're not charging partner resorts to be on the platform while we prove the model. Future commercial terms will be discussed transparently with each partner before anything changes.
What is a claim code?
A unique short code that maps to one Popstar in your inventory. Your dive team hands the printed card to the customer after they've physically built and deployed the structure on the reef. The customer redeems the code on Seaforms to claim ownership.
What happens after we're approved?
You'll get a magic-link email to sign in. From the dashboard you can mint Popstar codes for your inventory, print physical claim cards, see new bookings from Seaforms customers, and mark Popstars deployed once they're on the reef.
Who supplies the Popstars?
Seaforms supplies the structure specifications, training materials, and operating guides. Local fabrication and on-site assembly is handled by you, with our support — most partners use local steel fabricators we've already vetted.
How long does review take?
Most applications get a decision within 2–3 working days. If we need more information from you, we'll email you back at the address you applied with.
